This clarification text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing and transfer processes of your personal data by our Company, as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant 2026 current legislation and the Principle Decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.
1. Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Processing
Your name, surname, contact information (phone, e-mail), IP address and log records;

- Managing support, maintenance and error resolution processes,
- It is processed for the purposes of fulfilling our legal information security obligations (Law No. 5651, etc.) and only in proportion to these purposes.
2. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected electronically by automatic or partially automatic methods through our website, software interfaces, contact forms and integration tools. These data are processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of KVKK: "It is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract", "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" and "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected personal data, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes; It can be transferred to domestic/international infrastructure providers (e.g. database services) from which we receive cloud server services, authorized public institutions and organizations, and audit firms within the scope of legal obligations, by taking the necessary technical and administrative measures.
4. Rights of the Person Relevant
In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, data owners; They have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to know whether they are used in accordance with the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom they are transferred domestically/abroad, to request correction in case of incomplete/incorrect processing, to request their deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law, and to request compensation in case of damage.
